Jonas Jacobi

A native of Sweden, Jonas Jacobi brings eighteen years of extensive experience leading the development of innovative technology products and services to Kaazing. As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kaazing Corporation, Mr. Jacobi sets the company's business strategy and oversees all aspects of Kaazing's operations and mission to become the world-wide leader in real-time Web technologies.
Before co-founding Kaazing Mr. Jacobi served as VP of Product Management for Brane Corporation, a startup company in Silicon Valley, dedicated to developing a market-leading enterprise platform for building model-driven applications.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President for Brane Corporation, he spent over 8 years at Oracle where he served as a Java EE and open source Evangelist, and product manager responsible for the product management of JavaServer Faces, Oracle ADF Faces, and Oracle ADF Faces Rich Client in the Oracle JDeveloper team.
Mr. Jacobi is a frequent speaker at international conferences and has written numerous articles for leading IT magazines such as Java Developer's Journal, JavaPro, AjaxWorld, and Oracle Magazine. Mr. Jacobi is co-author of the best-selling book Pro JSF and Ajax: Building Rich Internet Components, (Apress).

John Fallows

John Fallows brings years of vast experience in technology development and software design to Kaazing, and is considered a pioneer in the field of rich and highly interactive user interfaces. Mr. Fallows is a co-founder of Kaazing Corporation, and as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Fallows formulates Kaazing Corporation's vision of creating the best real-time Web solution based on industry standards. He defines the architecture of the Kaazing product suite and oversees its development.
Prior to co-founding Kaazing, Mr. Fallows served as Architect for Brane Corporation, a startup company based in Redwood City, California. Before joining Brane, Mr. Fallows was a Consulting Member of Technical Staff for Server Technologies at Oracle Corporation. During his last 5 years at Oracle, Mr. Fallows focused on designing, developing, and evolving Oracle ADF Faces to fully integrate Ajax technologies.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Mr. Fallows received his MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and has worked in the software industry for more than twelve years.
Mr. Fallows has written several articles for leading IT magazines such as Java Developer's Journal, AjaxWorld Magazine, and JavaMagazine (DE), and is a popular speaker at international conferences. Mr. Fallows is co-author of the best-selling book Pro JSF and Ajax: Building Rich Internet Components, (Apress).

Michael Peckham
|
Michael Peckham joined Kaazing in July 2010 as Vice President, Finance responsible for the financial, accounting, tax, human resources, legal, contract and facilities functions of the company. Prior to joining Kaazing, Mr. Peckham was the General Manager of the Business Intelligence division of iTradeNetwork, Inc. who acquired privately held Instill Corporation in 2008. Mr. Peckham was the Chief Financial Officer of Instill Corporation and was part of the senior management team that structured the sale. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of NetManage, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETM) and Simware Incorporated (NASDAQ:SIMW). Mr. Peckham has substantial M&A experience and led Simware in its Initial Public Offering.
With over 30 years of experience in business primarily in the software industry, he has also spent time in the foodservice and defense industries and in the professional services business. He graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mr. Peckham is a chartered accountant.

John Donnelly III

Donnelly brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong track record in global sales, services, training, marketing and business development.
Donnelly comes to Kaazing from Cisco, where he was head of global sales and services for the company's cloud automation and orchestration offering across the global service provider market segment. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Linesider Technologies, acquired by Cisco and now part of the company’s cloud software portfolio. Before that, Donnelly worked for Metacarta, (Cambridge, MA) a geographic search technology company that was acquired by Nokia. He helped drive the company to expand from public sector, intelligence & energy customers into the mobile consumer marketplace.
Donnelly also ran the Americas sales and support teams as VP for Interwise Software (Cambridge, MA) and drove a 66% increase in revenues from 2004 to 2006, selling enterprise-wide IP conferencing software software to global organizations. Interwise was acquired by AT&T and is now the AT&T Connect product, a software offering that enables collaboration services that combine voice, Web and video in a single tool that empowers employees to communicate.
Prior to that, Donnelly was VP worldwide sales & services for CoManage Corporation (Pittsburgh, PA), where he was in charge of all activity related to revenues and customer facing functions globally. He played a significant role in driving the business and was instrumental in setting the stage for the company’s acquisition by Syndesis, LTD.
Other private and public software companies that Donnelly has helped drive to success include: CoManage Software, (Pittsburgh, PA) Longitude Systems, Inc. (Chantilly, VA), Kabira Technologies, Inc. Donnelly earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology and Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts; he was also a member of the NCAA Hockey and Baseball teams

Brian Albers

Brian Albers has over 14 years of experience in the fields of user interface technologies, application frameworks, and Web networking. His strengths are in product development for very large enterprises, with success in bringing projects to production from the very early stages of research and prototyping. He has also presented his and his teams' work at international conferences such as JavaOne, Web 2.0 Expo, and AjaxWorld Conference and Expo. He is the co-author of Pro HTML5 Programming: Powerful APIs for Richer Internet Application Development (Apress, 2010), as well as articles in Dr. Dobbs, AjaxWorld Magazine, and other publications.
Prior to joining Kaazing, Mr. Albers worked as Senior Development Manager at Oracle, where he led the planning and designing of Oracle's user interface framework, an effort publicly known as ADF Faces.
Mr. Albers received a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin, and a BA degree in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas, Austin.

Yuan Huntington Weigel

Yuan Huntington Weigel has over 19 years of experience in product marketing, product management and business development. Before joining Kaazing, she was a Principal and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Exigen Capital, a $660M transformational private equity fund. Prior to joining Exigen, she was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at NetManage where she was responsible for its marketing and product strategy.
Prior to NetManage, she was Vice President of Business Development at Talkway, a start-up focused on providing video-based communication solutions. She has also held senior positions at various technology companies such as WebGain, Broadband Office, and Netscape. Ms. Weigel started her career at Micro Focus where she was a Product Manager. Ms. Weigel holds a BS degree in Managerial Economics from University of California at Davis.

Manuel Hoffmann

As Kaazing's Vice President, Business Development, Manuel Hoffmann is responsible for developing Kaazing's strategic partner ecosystem and helping drive overall marketing and sales efforts. He has extensive experience in the high-performance computing and computational intensive applications sectors. Manuel joins Kaazing from ScaleMP, where he served as Vice President, Channel Development, helping the high-end computing virtualization company to drive global revenue with Dell, HP, IBM, SGI, Sun and their channel partners. Previously Manuel held senior management positions at SGI, 3PARdata, and Meiosys (acquired by IBM).
At 3PARdata, he was Director of Market Development focusing on developing go-to-market, customer intimacy, and channel development initiatives. At Meiosys, he drove the company's strategy in the high-performance computing sector. At SGI, Manuel led the company's Business Intelligence marketing efforts and earlier led the international server business development efforts for Europe. Manuel holds a B.S. in electromechanical engineering from the Ecole Centrale des Arts et Metiers (Belgium), an MBA from the University of Louvain (Belgium) and International Marketing Certificate of the University of California, Santa Cruz.
